Lyons Heritage Society plans pot luck

Lyons Heritage Society will meet on Monday, September 18 at 6 p.m. in the Lyons Public Library, Canal Street, Lyons.

A potluck dinner will be held. Members are asked to bring a dish to pass and table service. Beverages will be provided.

A brief business meeting will be held. Members will pick up their Holiday Current Inc. Fundraiser catalogs. Lyons Heritage Society will be selling items from the catalog. All orders should be turned in at the October 16 meeting to insure Holiday delivery.

The program will feature Pat Gorthy speaking about her play 'Back To Life' that will be performed at the Ohmann Theatre in early November. She will discuss how the idea of the play came into being and the research that she conducted.

Lyons Heritage Society will hold a sale of baked goods and their fundraisers at the Lyons Farmers Market on September 23.
