Special music this Sunday in Lyons

Connie Lea Cutler will share her music on Sunday, October 1 at The First Presbyterian Church of Lyons. The concert will start at 4 p.m.

Cutler was born January 6, 1951 in Sayre, Pennsylvania. She started her singing career at age five. Connie Lea took voice lessons throughout high school and continued after graduation, in 1970. She took some guitar lessons and now uses the guitar to accompany herself to work out songs. She is now mastering a life-long dream of learning to play the piano.

She has sung at churches and for festivals and jamborees all over New York and Pennsylvania. She has also sung in Nashville. She volunteers at nursing homes and other gatherings to share her talents. She is actively involved with her husbands syndicated radio program and can be heard singing, reading etc on his show. She has recorded with GodChild records, one of the top labels in Nashville.

She is office manager for Do-it Right Productions. Connie Lea and Bruce Cutler live in Newark.

The First Presbyterian Church of Lyons is located at the corner of Queen Street and Broad in Lyons and is handicapped accessible. There is no charge for the concert, but a love offering will be taken. For information, call Pastor Cynthia Huling Hummel, 946.4723.
