Health & wellness series tonight in Newark

Transform Your Life, Transform Your Health is the second seminar in the 'Untold Truth' series coming to the Newark Public Library tonight (Thursday, September 28) from 7- 9.

Leading this seminar will be Dr. Robin Helstrom, doctor of natural health and herb specialist, along with her assistant, Jose Colon, herb specialist.

This will be the second in a series of 8 topics that include an overview of little known facts on health issues such as the diabetes epidemic, heart risk factors, raising children naturally, women's health & beauty issues, whole body cleansing and bowel health. Transform Your Life will focus on dietary habits, weight control and the issues that negatively affect overall health & beauty.

Dr. Helstrom has been in natural health practice for over 25 years and is located at Christian Natural Health along Seneca Lake in Geneva. She utilizes blood, urine and saliva analysis to evaluate health deficits and nutritional needs in order to more accurately assess client overall health. Her assistant, Mr. Colon has an extensive background in the field of health and wellness.
