Disanto named Road Patrol Sgt.

Wayne County Sheriff Dick Pisciotti has appointed and sworn in Deputy Tammy Disanto to the position of Road Patrol Sergeant.

She will be assigned to command one of the three shifts of patrol deputies.

The six-year veteran of the Sheriff's Office, started as a deputy in 2000. She began her career law enforcement in 1998, as a patrol officer with the Clyde Village Police Department.

Pisciotti said, 'Tammy has excellent leadership qualities and will be a fine addition to my supervisory staff.' She's married to fellow sergeant Aaron Disanto. They live in Lyons with their two children.
