History at Noon Wayne County Historical Society Museum has rescheduled the February History at Night, Ham Radios, presented by Terry Bayne for Saturday April 14 at noon. Bayne will be giving a presentation on Amateur Radio (HAM Radio) services during emergencies and times of need. The discussion will include a brief history of Amateur Radio, a review of various Amateur Radio Emergency Response Organizations, Ham Radio at War, Civil Emergencies and Community Service The History series is held in the old Sheriffs office in the Museum of Wayne County History on 21 Butternut Street in Lyons, NY.
