Lyons scouts celebrate 95 years

The Lyons Girl Scout Service Unit held a cake auction for the 95th Birthday of Girl Scouts.

Each Girl Scout made a cake and brought it to the auction. Before the auction, all the Girl Scouts made birthday gifts to be donated to the area hospital and nursing homes. The girls made bookmarks, tissue paper flowers, cards, windchimes, Easter baskets, Easter pins, and friendship pins.

Afterwards, the girls, along with their parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles, had a great time bidding on the cakes at the auction. All the proceeds went to the Annual Girl Scout's Family Share Campaign under each Girl Scouts Troop name.

It was a Happy 95th Birthday for The Lyons Girl Scout Service Unit.
