Sandwiched In at Williamson Library

Friends of the Williamson Free Public Library will present their Program Sandwiched In on Wednesday, April 18.

Barbara Meeks of Newark, from the Wayne Articulators Toastmasters Club, will speak on the 'Importance of Civic Citizenship: How Toastmasters Can Help.'

Toastmasters is an international organization which gives its members the opportunity to develop and improve their public speaking abilities and therefore increase their abilities to influence others and make a difference in the world around them.

Meeks will show her audience just how participating in such a program can empower you and improve your community.

The program, which begins at noon in the Community Room, is free and open to the public.

An optional lunch may be reserved by calling 589.2048 by 8 p.m. April 16.
