Lyons '07 Class plans fundraiser

A can and bottle drive will take place April 28 at the new Bus Garage in Lyons from 9:30 to 1:30 to support the Lyons High School Class of 2007 Lock-In Graduation Party.

Lyons residents are asked to donate redeemable bottles and cans by bringing them to the bus garage or arrange to have them picked up. Arrangements can be made to collect bottles and cans by calling 946.5549 and leaving an address and/or phone number.

The Graduation Lock-In is a graduation party provided by parents of the 2007 Lyons graduating class, designed to provide an all-night celebration in honor of their accomplishments at no cost to them. This year's Lock-In will take place at the Geneva YMCA from 10 p.m. to to 5:30 a.m. with transportation provided to and from Geneva.
