Free training for ambulance volunteers

Volunteers are needed at your Ambulance or Rescue Squad and free training is available to those who qualify. The fall semester starts soon.

If you are willing to help your neighbors in need, the Finger Lakes Regional EMS Council is sponsoring six Basic EMT Original courses.

Basic EMT courses will be held in Newark, Sodus, Geneva, Shortsville, Phelps and Bristol. The class in Phelps is a daytime course.

There will be refresher courses in Clyde, Geneva and Macedon. There will also be advanced Intermediate and Critical Care courses in Geneva and Newark.
