Back to School Bash in Butler

Lighthouse Community Fellowship, located at 3483 State Route 89, South Butler, will be holding their first Back to School Bash, Tuesday, August 28, from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will be offering crafts, games, music, and snacks. Back to school supplies and gently used clothing will be available to families. The event is open to children in grades Kindergarten through 5th.

The Back to School Bash is being organized by the newly-appointed Children's Director, Jennifer Strazzabosco. The vision for the event is to help families with the expense of going back to school. 'I want to reach out to the community and let them know we are a place that cares about kids. Going back to school can be such a financial burden for families, we want to help in a small way to alleviate the burden,' said Mrs. Strazzabosco.

Families are asked to please pre-register at
