Sodus Free Library announces election, seeks candidate Three Trustee positions on the Sodus Free Library Board of Trustees will be up for election in February. Trustees Tom Garlipp and Martha Miller have stated their intention to run for re-election. Trustee Audrey Ferris has chosen not to run for another term. Trustees meet at 4 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month. They are responsible for policy making, as well as maintenance, funding, and advocacy issues. Anyone interested in running for these positions should fill out an application. The applications are available at the Library and must be completed and returned by Thursday, Jan. 3. Qualified candidates will be invited to attend the Board Meeting scheduled for January 10. The election to fill these positions will be held at the Sodus Free Library Association's Annual Meeting on February 7. Absentee ballots will be available at the Sodus Free Library two weeks prior to Feb. 7. Copyright
