Christmas lights contest next week in Clyde

The Clyde Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Galen Community Christmas Lighting Contest for residents and businesses. Winners will be judged by a volunteer committee.

There will be three prizes, compliments of the Lyons National Bank and three prizes by Key Bank. Prizes will be Savings Bonds.

Rose Jean Strakel will chair the judging contest. The committee will be viewing the displays to select the winners.

Judging will be done Dec. 17-21. Please have your display lights on for the showing between 6 and 10 p.m.
