Apply for Habitat homes in Sodus, Newark

Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County is accepting applications for two homes: one to be built in Sodus next summer, and a remodeled 10-year-old home in Newark.

Applicants must live or work in Wayne County, currently live in inadequate housing, have an annual income of at least $24,000 and be willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity.

For info or to make donations, call 986.9915. You may write to Habitat for Humanity, 1160 Macedon Center Road, Macedon 14502. Completed applications must be received by January 30.

Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County is an ecumenical Christian organization whose goal is to eliminate substandard housing one house at a time by providing simple, decent, affordable housing for God's people in need. Families are selected based on their level of need, their willingness to become involved with the organization, and their ability to repay the interest-free mortgage.
