At Williamson Library The Friends of the Williamson Free Public Library invite the public to join them at the next Program Sandwiched In on Wednesday, January 17 to hear a local author and journalist speak on her experiences as a true Renaissance woman. Relocating to Pultneyville from the city of Rochester, she has begun the second half of her life as the wife of a Pultneyville volunteer fireman. Her six children and four grandchildren (and one on the way) all live in different parts of the country, leaving her to wonder what she did wrong or perhaps they just cant find her Citing Erma Bombeck and Jimmy Breslin as her mentors, she is now mother to three labradors and one debonair cat who sit and watch her write as she shares her thoughts about people in general and life on the lake. She is very happy to be there. Her most recent book Rhythms & Rhymes of the Heart 2002 2004, is available at Artisans Loft at the Landing in Pultneyville or online at amazon.com. Her childrens book George & Bob Stories is set for a spring 2007 release. The program begins at noon in the librarys community room. An optional lunch is available by calling 589.2048 by Tuesday (January 16) to reserve one. The Friends of the Library invite all to meet this fascinating writer.
