At Lyons Farm Market Lyons Market opens at 7:30 a.m. on July 7 (and every Saturday) this summer. You'll be able to hear Jim Murphy's easy-listening music and pick up some fried dough and coffee. The selection of fresh local produce continues to increase each week. On July 14, the Lyons Rotary Club will be in the park cooking up a pancake breakfast to coincide with the Peppermint Days activities.
