Wanted: Lyons Football Boosters

The Lyons Football Boosters is looking for new members. The first club meeting will be Wednesday, July 18, at 6 p.m. at the Garage/Joint Fuel Facility.

The Booster Club assists in raising money for the athletes throughout the football season. It takes many volunteers to make the fund raisers a success. In past years the booster club has held bake sales during the homecoming game, assisted in can drives, held 50/50 drawings during home games, sold raffle tickets for gas cards, and assisted in the concession stand during home games.

The proceeds from the various fund raisers provide support to the athletes.
