Country music in Lyons

Steve Wickman will be presenting a special evening of country music at the Lyons VFW on Saturday, July 21.

This outstanding performer was honored by the New York State Country Music Hall of Fame in 2006. He performed with Misty Blues, The Heaters, Country Magic and is now the lead singer in the Lyons band, 'The House Rockers.'

He will be joined on stage by Jeff Hayes (rhythm guitar), Fred DeBuck (bass), Pete Kitchen (drums) and Cynthia Huling Hummel (vocals). The evening of country music will be from 8 to midnight and the cover charge is $3 per person or $5 a couple.
