Dinner, raffle, music to help Shane

Shane Collins is a 16-year-old junior at Newark High School. He is suffering from primary schlerosing cholangitis, a rare disease destroying his liver. The only cure is a liver transplant. While he is listed on a registry, surgery could be soon.

The Shane Collins Transplant Fund will hold a pasta dinner and raffle on Saturday, June 16, from 4-7 p.m. at Fairville Fire Hall Route 88 North. The benefit will help with expenses. The dinner includes spaghetti, bread, salad, fruit, ice cream along with juice, coffee and milk.

Come join us for dinner ($7, kids 12 & under $3), music by Casanova Sound and Hearts on Fire, raffle drawings for cash and prizes. For information call Jackie Main at 573.3633.
