Toor wins scholarship

Matthew Toor of Williamson is slated to graduate in 2007 from Sodus Central School. He has won a $500 'Russo Family Scholarship' to attend Alfred State College. He will enroll in the automotive trades-heavy equipment, truck & diesel program.

The 'Russo Family Scholarship' is awarded based on academic achievement and is made possible through the generosity of the Russo Family Foundation.

Alfred State offers some 60 associate degree programs, 14 baccalaureate degree programs, and several certificate programs.
