Maybe you'd like to try something easy and good for Father's Day.

Baked Italian Sausage

2 lbs. sausage
3 green peppers
1 large onion
1 small can tomato sauce

Slice peppers and onions over sausage and add tomato sauce. Bake covered in 350 degrees oven for one hour. Uncover and bake another 30 to 60 minutes, until brown on top.

Remember: Starting on July 1, Mass at St. Gregory's will be at 10 a.m.
