Register today at Lyons Library

Register June 18-30 for the Lyons Public Library summer reading club Get a Clue @ Your Library for both children and adults.

Everyone is encouraged to participate in the reading club, which runs from July 1 to August 4.

When people register they will receive a packet of materials including instructions, a reading calendar for the children and a listing of events. All of these events are free and open to the public. Participants will be required to read 60 minutes a week and if they complete the reading each week they will receive a weekly reading prize.

Children who are too young to read can be read to in order to accomplish the reading goal. There will be award ceremonies for each group in August. All reading club members will receive a book, prizes and a reading certificate at the ceremony.
