Have you seen the new electronic billboard at the Marion Elementary School?

The Marion Girl Scouts Family Share is having a pancake breakfast at the Legion Home on Witherden Road, Sunday from 8-11 a.m. Tickets cost $5 and $3.

Plan your visit to the Marion Museum before exhibits are dismantled in anticipation of the big move to 'Jennie's House.'

'About the toughest thing that can happen to a man is to go contrary to his wife's wishes and then fail.'

We've had lots of birds lately at our feeders and the box holding 'bird bread' - Cardinals, Blue Jays, Downey Woodpeckers, Mourning Doves, Buntings, Blackbirds & Chickadees. They seem to enjoy a drink or splash in our heated bird bath and we have many sassy squirrels, too.

March 2, 1944: Anthony Bushart of Marion was the winner of the 'Courier Gazette Sweepstakes Cup' as Wayne County's Champion muck potato grower.

The first gloves were worn more than the thousand years ago, and looked like long narrow bags that fit up to the elbow!

Siblings of Rog and Gen Adriaansen treated them to lunch at the Lehigh Valley Restaurant in Manchester.

February birthdays were celebrated Friday, followed by desserts and ice cream at the home of Harold and Eleanor Schoonerman. Days gone by were talked about and pictures of earlier times were shared.

Teens in our community are off to a good start. Some very interesting topics will be discussed as the students return for the March session at St. Gregory's in Marion.

The gospel theme for the Second Sunday of Lent is the springboard for young people to identify ways that their view points can shape their choices.

The Young People will envision the sort of positive change they need to make to become the person God calls them to be.

The teens will also learn to appreciate everyday miracles that other teens have experienced.

Hot dogs and hamburgers are on the menu for the first session on March 4. A special thank you to our teachers for this treat. If there are any questions or concerns please call the Office of Religious Education at 986.2021.

Attention Travelers - St. Patrick's parish invites you to join them on 'A Cape Cod Holiday' including Martha's Vineyard, June 11-15. Cost is $715 per person (double). Flyers with complete details are on the stand near the choir loft stairs at St. Anne's and in the front entrance at St. Gregory's.
