Baptists can dance! We can't take it any longer! We've had it. It's getting too long and drawn out. We are bored to tears already. We are putting our foot down. Are we talking about politics? Is it the election news and debates for '08? Too much talk about Nicole and Brittany? No ... Old Man Winter has us on the run. Newark First Baptist Church is hosting a Line Dance next Friday, March 16 at 7 p.m. at 133 East Miller St., across from Newark Fire Dept. We feel an urge to get moving and get the blood flowing. Who said Baptists can't dance? An excellent instructor - Misty Mancine of Newark - can teach anyone a few good moves. If you are like me, I just need to put one foot in front of the other. Refreshments will be served. Guests are expected and there is no cover charge.
