Support Lyons grads for lock-in

The Lyons Jr./Sr. High School Class of 2007 will soon be celebrating the completion of their high school academic requirements.

The parents of the Class of 2007 are planning a Graduation Lock-In to honor students for their accomplishments and to provide a safe, substance-free celebration.

In the past, the community of Lyons has played a large part in the success of this program. Through business and private donations, a class graduation party has been provided to students at no cost to them. This year's Lock-In will be held on graduation night, June 22. Students will leave the high school at 10 pm and travel to the Geneva YMCA.

Students will enjoy swimming, a variety of games, activities, contests and of course a variety of foods and beverages. Seniors will return to Lyons at 5:30 for breakfast and prizes.

We invite the community of Lyons to once again support students with donations of money and merchandise. If you wish to help sponsor this event, checks should be made payable to: Lyons Class of 2007 and mailed to Mindy Heid, 31 Spencer Street, Lyons, NY 14489. No contribution is too small.
