Ducks Unlimited dinner at Newark Elks Wednesday

The Newark Chapter of Ducks Unlimited is holding their annual Dinner Auction March 28, at the Newark Elks Lodge 1249, on South Main St. The evening will begin at 5:30 with hors d'oeuvres, refreshments and raffles. Dinner will follow at 7.

This year's auction will include Morning Retreat by Terry Redlin. This is a special-edition framed print on canvas. In addition to other quality artworks, there are several framed photos from area photographers.

An autographed SU basketball will also be available.

The Newark Chapter of Ducks Unlimited was able to contribute more than $17,000 to Wetland Conservation. The success of the Dinner Auction is dependent upon the support of sponsors who each contribute a minimum $250 to DU. Additional sponsors are always welcomed as are auction item underwriters and auction item donors.
