Sodus book review luncheon Sodus Free Library 'Books Sandwiched In' is kicking off March 27 at noon. Kass Vande, President of the Friends of Sodus Free Library, will review The Orchid Thief by Susan Orlean. This is about a writer for the New Yorker magazine and her fascination with the people who are obsessed with this exquisite flower. It's a book about nature, and passionate interest and a sense of wonder about reaching for a goal. The cost for the review is $3, which includes lunch and dessert. The luncheon is at noon with the doors to the lunchroom opening at 11:45. Space is limited so sign up early at the circulation desk in the library or phone 483.9292. The Friends of the Sodus Free Library Annual meeting will follow the review. All are welcome to attend. Copyright
