EPCS band and handchime concert is this evening, May 4 at 7:15 at the NEWARK Middle School. Don't miss this beautiful music to the Lord. Freewill offering will be taken to benefit the EPCS Music Fund.

The Tulips group of the Red Hat Society joined other groups from around New York State for a day of fun, food and festivities on April 25, at the Syracuse Fair Grounds.

The best idea of the day! Buy a set of those silicone baking cups. You'll never use those paper ones, again.

Stewardship Corner: Thank you to Jeff Sturtz for restoring the lettering on St. Gregory's stained glass windows. The names are the 1914 donors of the windows, most of then were on the original church building committee. Thanks for your stewardship contribution of time and talent.

Kyle Haak presented the 'Ministry of Music' at the Second Reformed Church on April 29, offering his solo of The Old Rugged Cross.

April 18, official visits were made by District Deputy Grand Matron, R.W. Maxine Rawden and District Grand Lecture R.W. David Taber at a meeting at the Richard's Chapter of the Eastern Star in Marion, New York. May 5, there will be a Past Matrons meeting and luncheon at the Temple. At this time they will be in initiating a new member, by proxy, Karen Boynton. There will also be a 'tea cup' auction.

The Lilac Festival is a lavish array of flowers, attractions, and special events that signal the arrival of spring. The 1200-plus lilac bushesmore than 500 varieties located in city-centered Highland Park, create a floral rainbow ranging from the deepest of purples to the purest of whites.

The festival runs May 11 to 20. Festival hours are 10 a.m. through 8 p.m. The festival promises a profusion of flowers, food, and fun for all the family.
