Book review lunch in Newark

The Friends of the Newark Public Library will host a noon luncheon book review at the Library on Friday, May 11.

Retired federal judge Frank Russell will talk about the book The Incredible Band of John Philip Sousa. This book covers the 42 years during which the band existed. He will also show brief video clips to show interesting tidbits about the band.

Reservations are $4 and should be made by calling 331.4370 by Wednesday, May 9.
