Historical Society needs items
The Newark-Arcadia Historical Society's Exhibits Committee is interested in borrowing items for the new exhibits:
-
Round wooden table, preferably antique, approx. four feet diameter (no chairs needed)
-
Objects/artifacts from Newark Churches, 1950s or before (stained-glass windows, paintings of churches, etc.)
-
older items and photographs from the Newark Plaza (opened 1957)
-
older items relating to WACK Radio (started in 1957)
-
Spiritualism and Fox Sisters home photos (no post cards), paintings, 19th century books, etc.

Loaned items may be dropped off by appointment or Tuesdays (10 to noon), Saturdays (1 to 3).
Items needed as soon as possible.
Exhibit runs from June 8, 2007 through April 1, 2008.
