'The Ground Truth' showing Nov. 14 in Lyons

You are invited to see The Ground Truth, movie presentation at the Ohmann Theater on Williams Street in Lyons, November 14, at 7 p.m.

This searing documentary includes exclusive footage of patriotic young Americans, ordinary men and women who heeded the call for military service during difficult times. The documentary contains real footage of their experience during recruitment, training, combat, homecoming, and the struggle to reintegrate with families and communities.

The Ground Truth is one of 15 films on the Oscar short-list for the 2007 Academy awards Nominations. It stunned filmgoers at the 2006 Sundance and Nantucket Film Festivals. $3.50 admission will be appreciated at the door. Refreshments and discussion will take place after the movie.
