Community invited to Gala at Carey Lake

Hospital 'Gala Committee' members are planning activities celebrating Newark Hospital's 50th anniversary at the Gala on November 17.

Committee members include Marya Vande-Doyle, Pat Alena, Susan Van Tyle, Dianne Sloan, Cheryl DeMeyers, Sandy DeVolder, Tonya Taylor, Scott Marshall, Beth Heasley and Bonnie Evangelist.

You are invited to this gala next Saturday, at Carey Lake in Walworth. 'Lighting our Way to a Golden Future' will celebrate Newark-Wayne Community Hospital's golden anniversary of providing quality healthcare to the people of Wayne County and the surrounding area.

The event emcee will be Ginny Ryan from WHAM News.

The Gala will feature dancing to the sounds of 'Backtalk' - a classic rock dance band. Also, highlights of the silent auction prizes will include: Bahamian Accommodations, a fishing charter, a stay for two at the Del Monte Lodge, a memberships in Sodus Bay Heights Country Club and Wayne Hills Country Club and other wonderful selections from area businesses.
