Tree of Lights Dec. 3 at Hospital and DeMay The Holiday Season is the time of year for being thankful, for remembering, and taking part in holiday traditions. You are invited to join the Newark-Wayne Auxiliary for the Tree of Lights tree-lighting ceremony in memory and honor of loved ones on Monday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Lobby of the Hospital. Each light on the hospitals holiday tree, as well as the tree in the DeMay Living Center, will represent a gift in honor or memory of someone special. Send the name of the person to be honored or remembered, along with the name and address of the person to receive the acknowledgment card to: Tree of Lights, P.O. Box 111, Newark 14513. Include a donation for each individual being honored, $10 at gold level, $5 at silver level. Checks may be made payable to NWCH Auxiliary. Tree of Lights is chaired by Peg Hanson, Jan Lefebvre, and Becky Short. For questions, call 332.2273. The proceeds will be used by to support the programs and services of Newark-Wayne Community Hospital and of DeMay Living Center. The Hospital Auxiliary's members work to support the hospital through fund-raising projects, and as advocates and volunteers for the hospital. Your generosity helps to makes this possible.
