'Disney's The Aristocats Kids' The Lyons Middle School show, Disney's The Aristocats Kids, will go on the boards of the Ohmann Theatre November 30, December 1 & 2.
The story is the same, but adapted to the stage: Madames (Kaila Kise) jealous butler Edgar (George Dobbins) cat-naps Duchess (Brittany DeCola) and her Aristokittens (Meghan Galbraith, Kyle Alexanian, & Spencer Miller) and abandons them in the Parisian countryside. What's a cat to do? Luckily, Thomas OMalley (Garret Coons) and his rag tag bunch of Alley Cats (Claudia Henry, Alexis Smith, Jessica Norris, Alex Marr, Kendra Grady, Katy Furfaro, Lexi Albrecht, Samantha Sims, & Marissa Holloway) come to their rescue. All havoc ensues when Roquefort (Alex Calvo), the dogs (Bradley Wagner, Kyle Iddings, Noah Dobbins, Tyler McCann, Matt Killips, & Brendan Kise) and the geese (Jennifer Norris, Hollianna Hendler, Jessica Muckey and Anne Galbraith) try to take on Edgar to save the day. Directors Larry Ann Evans and Jean Stoep say the show is cute, and they are all having a great time putting it on. Becky Pazzulo will be the pianist. This event takes place at the Ohmann Theatre, William Street, Lyons, November 30 and December 1 at 7:30 p.m. and December 2 at 2. Tickets will be available at Dobbins Drugs, Old Lyons Hardware Store and at the door and are $5, $4 for seniors and children.

This feline adventure is sure to get the audiences tapping their feet to its hep, jazzy beat. The show is based on the 1970 Disney Film The Aristocats, with music and Lyrics by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman, Al Rinker and Floyd Huddleston, and Terry Gilkyson.
