Newark Garden Club meets Friday

Friday, October 5, Audrey Ferris, Master Gardener and member of the Wayne County Cornell Cooperative Extension, will present a program entitled 'Putting Your Garden to Bed.'

The Newark Garden Club members will meet at 1 p.m. at Park Presbyterian Church. Anyone interested is welcome to attend.

The Annual Civic Beautification Award will be presented to a local business before the program.

Hostesses are Carole Nary and Cynthia Smith; flower arrangement, Jean Hill. President Sylvia Harding will preside at this meeting.
