Area cheerleaders compete Sunday at RIT

Finger Lakes Youth Football and Cheerleading League (FLYFCL) Cheer Competition will be held October 21 at the RIT Gordon Field House. The competition is scheduled to begin 10 a.m., with awards presentation at 3:15.

The FLYFCL cheerleading program consist of youth cheerleaders between the ages of 7-14 years of age from 14 teams from Monroe, Ontario and Wayne counties. Squads are determined by age and will compete against other squads within their cheer and dance abilities.
