Mutt Strut planned for this month

The Humane Society of Wayne County announces its annual Mutt Strut 2007 being held at Silver Hill Technology Park, Route 88 North in Newark. Date for the event is Sunday, September 23 from Noon to 3, rain or shine.

Bring your dog or walk with one of the shelter dogs.

Have family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, relatives, classmates and anyone else you can think of sponsor you for the Mutt Strut. The three people raising the most money will receive a prize.

There is a lot to do: 50/50 raffle, door prizes and much more. Grab some lunch at the Lickety Split B-B-Q Pit.

Registration is a must! Pre-registration is preferred and will guarantee you a T-shirt and goodie bag. Registration forms are available at the following locations: veterinary offices, the HSWC Shelter or you can download and print it from the website www.hswaynepets.org - 946.3389.
