Prong will be interim pastor at Lyons church

The First Presbyterian Church of Lyons, is pleased to announce the appointment of the Rev. Lee Prong as Interim Pastor. Rev. Prong's first Sunday in the pulpit will be September 23 at 10 a.m.

Rev. Prong comes to the Church with extensive experience as an interim pastor, with his most recent calls being with the Presbyterian Churches in East Palmyra, Fairville, Huron and Wolcott. The Session of the First Presbyterian Church met with Rev. Prong and voted to call him to serve their church at their meeting on September 6.

A welcoming reception will be held at the church immediately after the worship service on September 23 and all are welcome. The Church is located at 11 Queen Street in Lyons.
