History DVD now on sale You can now purchase a DVD of Back To Life, the unique Wayne County history play that was presented at the Lyons Ohmann theatre in November 2006. The play, researched by Pat Gorthy of Lyons and directed by R. J. Rapoza of Geneva, covers Wayne County events from 1910-1973 and is based on interviews of Wayne County residents. Towns covered are: Lyons, Newark, Clyde, Rose, Wallington, Huron, Ontario, Sodus, Palmyra, and Williamson. Some of the topics are: The Mora car, the Wayside Chapel, a Clyde Chautauqua, a Williamson protest march, the Civil Rights movement, and Women's rights. The DVD sells for $20. It can be purchased at the Wayne County Museum, the Newark-Arcadia Historical Society, the Lyons and Palmyra libraries and The Apple Crate shop in Williamson.
