U-13 Marion soccer girls win tourney The Annual Red Creek Rage Indoor Soccer Tournament was held March 30. The Marion U-13 Girls Soccer team coached by Mark Raes and Danielle DeLyser won the U-13 Division of the Tournament. Pictured are McKenzie Beltrone and Keri Christensen; (row 2) Alex Ford, Becca Levitsky, Brenna Raes; (back) Coach Danielle DeLyser, Samantha VanGee, Nicole Fabiszak, Megan Bartlett, Coach Mark Raes. The girls defeated teams from Oswego, Marcus Whitman, and Wayne to enter the playoffs. The girls won the first games 2-0. In the playoff game, the Marion girls defeated another Wayne Wings team 3-1 to advance to the finals. Marion met Marcus Whitman in the championship game and defeated them in sudden death overtime with a score of 2-1. Copyright
