Our friendly 'white headed' robin is back in the neighborhood again this spring.

The 'Krentenbrood' recipe isn't difficult, but allow plenty of time, because you have to let it rise three times.

Habitat for Humanity is look for qualified families to fill three houses in Wayne County. For more information please call 986.9915.

Marion Class of 2008 thanks the community support at the basketball games, 50/50 raffles, and for purchasing poinsettias this past Christmas for the Senior Bash. The next big fundraiser is the Chicken BBQ on April 27 in front of the elementary school on Main St.

BASH also gets donations from DWI, PTA, and Community Business and Parent Donations. BASH provides a safe, drug free and alcohol free graduation party right after the graduation ceremony at the Perinton Community Center. We are always looking for more volunteers, please contact Chari DeYoung through the high school office.

April 23, 1942 - Fourth grade had the following people who had perfect attendance for the third quarter of school: Eleanor Adriaansen, Leona DeBoerder, Lorraine DeWispelaere, Betty Lou Johnson, Lucile DeBoerder, Edward Hotel, Violet Milke, Ruth Nichols, John Schoonerman, Elmer VerPlank, Peter DeBryne, Barbara Bushart, Richard Boerman, and Lester Hall.
