Aug. 16 music fest for Cracker Box

Jammin' with the Animals is set for Saturday, noon to 7 at Cracker Box Palace Farm Animal Haven.

Kick back for an afternoon of music and camaraderie at the Music Fest to support the animals at the Farm Animal Haven, a no-kill shelter and farm animal rehabilitation facility in Wayne County.

The line-up includes blues, bluegrass, rock, acoustic guitar, jazz, and more; it promises to be one hot jammin' afternoon. Musicians are donating their time and talent with 'Friends Unplugged' kicking off the day. Food and beverages will be available. Picnics welcome. Admission is charged.
