Cooperative Extension seeks members Beth Claypoole, Executive Director of Cornell Cooperative Extension, is reaching out to the community for board members. They need volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors and other advisory committees. Since 1917, CCE has been working with Wayne County citizens to increase farm profitability, build leadership amongst youth and increase the health and nutrition of the community. The Board works in partnership with county, state, national government and Cornell University. These volunteers prioritize needs and help to evaluate programs. It is through the participants on the Board and committees that the entire focus of CCE Wayne County is determined.
