LYONS - Friday, Dec. 12, Eureka Grange will hold its annual Christmas Party for members and guests. The festivities will begin with a pancake and sausage supper. Bring a table service and a dozen cookies. After the supper Program Director Jason VanLare has arranged a special program for Christmas. It will include music, readings and a sing-a-long while waiting for Santa. Children will participate in the program. There will be a $3 gift exchange for those who wish.

At the last meeting everyone attending enjoyed a harvest dinner and a program for the fall and Thanksgiving season. Awards from State Grange were handed out. They included a first for Charlie Herendeen in his age group for his origami, Mike Cooney a second for his painting, and Carol S. Bailey, a first and best of show for her pencil drawing.
