NEWARK - Red Cross Disaster Coordinator Woody Seufert (left) helps unload toys from the Crosman truck. Standing by truck is David Dandino, occupational health and safety manager for Crosman and Red Cross Board member, and Jim Love (right), executive director of Wayne County Chapter, American Red Cross.

The Wayne County Red Cross will be able to help many families provide holiday gifts for their children this year, thanks to generous donations by the employees of the Crosman Corporation in East Bloomfield.

A Crosman Corp. truck arrived at Red Cross headquarters on South Main Street in Newark, on Tuesday morning, filled with new toys, all collected by the 250 employees.

Jim Love, executive director of the local Red Cross chapter, indicated that the toys will be distributed in Wayne County, and encouraged any family not currently a part of the Christmas for Kids program to stop at the Red Cross office to pick up a toy.
