Bob Plant, Walworth supervisor and chair of the Wayne County Public Safety Committee, kicked off the demonstration by saying, “I have been a dog owner for 50 years, used Milk-Bone products for 50 years and shopped at Wegmans for 50 years.”

Also in attendance were Arcadia Supervisor Richard Colacino, Huron Supervisor Laurie Crane, Sodus Supervisor Steven LeRoy, Chief deputies Richard House and Barry Virts, Wayne County District Attorney Richard Healy, Newark Mayor Peter Blandino, Newark Police Chief David Christler and Amy Pasley, manager of Newark Wegmans.
