Underground Railroad program in Newark Saturday The Newark-Arcadia Historical Society's Winter Lecture Series continues Feb. 23, at 2 p.m., as Chester Peters presents a program on the Underground Railroad. Peters is the Williamson Town Historian. The event is free and will be held at the Newark-Arcadia Museum, 120 High St., Newark (across from the Newark Public Library).
