Marion girls win trophy at Wayne

The Marion Varsity Girls basketball team won the championship game in the Wayne Eagles Holiday Tournament for the second year in a row.

Brianne Raes, Ryan Iannello, and Nichole Clark with the Championship Trophy.

Marion defeated Williamson 50-19. Iannello led the team with 12 points. Raes netted 10 points, including two three-pointers. Clark added 8 points. Tonya Iannello made two treys, for six points.

The All Tournament Team included Wayne player Sarah Neu, Skaneateles player Staci Dudden, Williamson player Leah Paschke, and Marion players Ryan Iannello, Brianne Raes, and Nichole Clark. Clark who was named the Tournament MVP.
