Volunteers needed for rescue squads

Volunteers are needed at your ambulance squad, and free training is available to those who qualify.

The spring semester is starting soon; if you are willing to help your neighbors in need, the Finger Lakes Regional EMS Council is sponsoring five Basic EMT Original courses.

Basic EMT courses will be held in Newark, Ovid, Geneva, North Rose and Port Gibson. The class in Geneva is a daytime course.

Refresher courses will be offered in Port Gibson, Waterloo, Geneva, and Lyons. There will be Paramedic and Paramedic refresher courses in Geneva.

For further info on all classes, call 1.800.357.3672 or 315.789.0108 or check the web site at flremsc.org
