Lyons Scouts help Humane Society December 8, Lyons Brownie Girl Scout Troop 9008 delivered donated items to the Wayne County Humane Society. The 19 first graders from Lyons collected pet supplies for more than three weeks to help benefit the animal shelter. Collection boxes were placed at many businesses and students at Lyons elementary school generously helped the girls with this community service. The girls were given an educational tour of the Shelter, to help them complete an 'animal try-it' patch. Wayne Co.
