Bush Mango presents
dances and songs of West Africa

The Bush Mango Drum and Dance group, affiliated with Young Audiences of Rochester, performed dance, drum and songs native to Guinea, West Africa at Kelley and Perkins Schools on Tuesday.

The singers and dancers provided an energetic and participatory experience, while weaving in many facts about the West African culture.

The complimentary performance was provided in conjunction with Young Audiences, through a Metlife Dance Residency grant obtained by Bobbi Clifford, the School District Enrichment Coordinator.
